Yes, Takumi Wellness delivers worldwide. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery to your location, wherever that may be.

❓How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping prices vary based on:

-Your specific location (region and distance)

-Package size and weight

-Carrier availability and fuel charges

-Tax (21% VAT)
We calculate shipping manually to ensure accuracy. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a separate invoice for shipping within 24 hours.

❓How long does delivery usually take?

Within Europe: 7 to 14 business days

Outside Europe: 7 to 14 business days

Customs clearance may impact delivery time for international orders.

❓Can I arrange my own pickup?

Yes, you’re welcome to organize pickup through your own logistics provider, or you can collect it yourself from our warehouse in Gilze, Netherlands. Just select “Local Pickup” during checkout and we’ll coordinate the date and time with you.

❓Do you accept returns?

Due to the size, weight, and nature of our product, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective upon delivery. For more information, please refer to our full Return & Warranty Policy or contact us directly.

❓Can I order if I don’t have a business VAT number?

Yes, but please note that 21% VAT will be added to your total if you do not provide a valid business VAT number during checkout.

❓Are payment installments available?

No, we do not offer payment plans or financing. All orders must be paid in full upfront.

❓How do I place a pre-order?

If the bed is currently sold out or in production, the product page will clearly indicate that your order will be considered a pre-order. Once your order is placed, your item will be reserved and prepared as soon as the new batch is ready.

❓Can I see the bed before I purchase?

Yes. You are welcome to visit our private showroom in the Netherlands by appointment. We also offer live video demonstrations so you can view the product in real time from anywhere in the world.

❓Can I become a reseller or distributor of your beds?

Yes, we’re actively building our global partner network. If you have access to a warehouse or distribution channel and are interested in representing Takumi Wellness in your region, visit our Wholesale Partnership page or contact us via WhatsApp to discuss the options.

❓Do you offer professional training with the bed?

Yes. We offer optional professional training for business owners or staff who want to provide head spa treatments at a high level. The course includes both theory and practice, and is ideal for those new to the head spa concept or looking to expand their treatment offerings.
