Refund policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Due to the large size and custom nature of our headspa beds, all sales are final.
Custom orders, including beds with personalized branding (e.g., logos), are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist you with a claim through the transport company.
