1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Takumi Wellness BV through the website www.takumiwellness.com, and to all agreements entered into between Takumi Wellness BV and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms in full.
2. Products
Takumi Wellness BV specializes in the sale of premium headspa beds and professional training courses. Our beds are handcrafted or custom-produced. Beds that include customizations such as embroidered logos or other personal features are made to order and considered personalized goods.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Euros (€), including VAT where applicable.
- If a valid EU VAT number is provided during checkout, VAT will be removed automatically.
- Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed or shipped.
- Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, and other secure options provided via Shopify Payments.
- Shipping is not included in the product price and will be invoiced separately within 24 hours after the order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners.
- Shipping fees are based on the destination, product weight (approx. 80 kg), and dimensions (approx. 210 × 71 × 71 cm), including handling and 21% VAT.
- Orders are shipped only after the separate shipping invoice has been paid.
- Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 5–10 business days
Outside Europe: 7–14 business days
- Customs duties and delays are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Pre-orders
Products listed as pre-orders are currently in production. By placing a pre-order, you reserve a unit from the next available batch. Estimated delivery dates will be stated on the product page or communicated by email.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the large size and customized nature of our beds, we do not accept returns.
- Orders that include customization (e.g. logo embroidery) are non-refundable.
- Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
7. Local Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their order from our warehouse in Rijen, The Netherlands. This option must be selected during checkout. Pickups are by appointment only. Customers may also arrange their own transport company at their own risk and cost.
8. Warranty
Each bed includes a 1-year structural warranty, covering defects in manufacturing or materials related to the bed frame.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Damage to upholstery from chemicals or external factors
For warranty claims, please email us with your order number and supporting images.
9. Courses
Our training courses may be booked individually or included in certain product packages. Course registrations are non-refundable once confirmed. Access to digital or in-person training is granted only after full payment.
10. Liability
Hana Headspa is not liable for:
- Delays caused by third-party shipping services
- Loss or damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse
- Issues caused by customers' own transport companies or carriers
Our liability, under all circumstances, is limited to the value of the purchased product.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, logos, product images, videos, and course materials is the intellectual property of Takumi Wellness BV. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.
12. Force Majeure
Takumi Wellness BV shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transport disruptions.
13. Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, misuse, or violation of our policies is suspected. Customers will be notified in such cases, and any payments made will be refunded if applicable.
14. Changes to Terms
Takumi Wellness BV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes shall be settled before the competent court in the jurisdiction of Takumi Wellness BV’s registered office.
